Muchuan (b. 2001) is a London-based multidisciplinary artist and researcher. Working across sculpture, installation, and mixed media, she explores the position of invisible individuals in society, pays attention to the aesthetic differences and price classification, and discusses the underlying social distinction. Her work treats the seemingly ordinary commodity as a tool for escape, seeking cracks in the social hierarchy to critique, opening spaces for distance from the threat of power.
